TOURNAMENTS

Ø      The Virginia State Senior Open and Senior WBA tournaments will be hosted by Hilltop Lanes in Roanoke beginning October 4, 2008 and running thru October 26, 2008.  Entry forms are now available at the Centers or you may download one from our website.  Entries will close midnight, Monday, September 22, 2008.  The host hotel will be Holiday Inn Tanglewood.  For hotel reservations, call (540) 774-4400, and don’t forget to mention that you are with the VA Senior Bowling Tournament.

 

Ø      The Virginia State 600 Club will be hosted by AMF Lynchburg, October 18^th thru October 19^th, 2008.  For information please call Mary-Ann Keyes, Executive Director, (804) 861-2429.  You may email Mary-Ann:  vabowler@comcast.net.
 

Ø      The Virginia State USBC WBA Championship Tournament will be hosted by Nation’s Capital Area USBC.  The team center will be Bowl America Bull Run and the doubles center will be Bowl America Manassas.  Entry forms are now available at your centers, or you may download one from our web site.  Entries will close February 18, 2009.
The tournament will open March 28, 2009.
 

Ø      The 2010 Virginia State USBC Ladies Championship Tournament will be hosed by Hampton USBC WBA and Tidewater USBC WBA.  Centers have yet to be decided.

STATE MERGE

Ø      Plans are now underway for Virginia State USBC WBA, Virginia State USBC BA and Virginia State WBA Youth to merge by August 1, 2009.   More information will be provided later in the season.
