NOTICE 

PURPOSE OF NOTICE:  To announce a meeting to all members of the Virginia State USBC Bowling Association, Inc., Virginia State USBC Women’s Bowling Association, Inc. and Virginia State USBC Youth of the Annual Meeting of each, and the joint Meeting of all three associations.

LOCATION OF MEETINGS:  Best Western Conference Center Located off I64 in Waynesboro , Virginia , on June 27, 2009 .  The WBA Annual Meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the Virginia State USBC Bowling Association, Inc., and Virginia State USBC Youth Annual Meetings will begin at 10:00 .  The Joint Meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m.

TOPIC OF MEETINGS:  To approve a Plan of Merger of all three Associations; and to further approve Bylaws and elect Officers and Directors of the new merged organization.
